3. Healthy
Change
The ultimate goal of every corporate health program is
to achieve healthy change , both in relation to employee
behaviour and the overall organisational culture. An ongoing
Health Promotion program with Fit@Work is a guaranteed
way to achieve this change.
Measure and Monitor Like all results based
and financially accountable programs, a successful work
life balance initiative needs to be measured and quantified
to determine its over alleffectiveness. 12 months after
the initial program launch we conduct another health profile
and
compare the information and feedback collected to the
previous health profile. Together, we will also
review workers compensation statistics, absenteeism and
turnover to pin point the effectiveness of
the program. The long-term objective with every work life
program is to integrate and permeate
throughout the entire organisational culture.
